You have the opportunity to return unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Ensure that all tags and packaging remain intact, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not provide refunds to your credit card. Instead, we offer exchanges or store credit. Rest assured, we will handle your returns or exchanges within three weeks and will keep you updated on the progress.

Discretion on Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns criteria. Should this occur, we will send back the original item to you.

Costs of Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. For item exchanges, the standard shipping fees are applicable. If you happen to receive an incorrect or damaged item, and it remains unworn and unopened, we will issue a full credit, including the costs of return shipping, if the error was on our part.

Returning or Exchanging Items

To return or exchange your purchase, place the item back into its original packaging. For your protection, and to ensure prompt credit, please return your items using a secure and insured method like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Remember to use your order number as a reference and include your personal details with the return.

You don’t need a separate return or exchange number—simply refer to your original order number.
